Coaching Programs
-
The Six-Week Family Healing & Connection Program is a guided virtual journey for individuals and families navigating addiction, mental health challenges, grief, or disconnection.
Led by Chris Ray, this program blends grounded coaching, nervous-system support, movement, nutrition, and honest communication to help families rebuild trust, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with hope. Over six weeks, participants explore personal healing, family dynamics, food and mood, emotional expression, grief, and integration—through live weekly sessions, simple at-home practices, and reflective challenges designed to fit real life.
This is not therapy or treatment, but a compassionate, structured space to slow down, reconnect, and begin creating healthier patterns together.
-
The 10-Week Family Healing & Connection Program is a high-touch, guided coaching experience designed for a primary individual and up to three family members who are ready to rebuild trust, improve communication, and create lasting change together.
This program blends bi-weekly family sessions with individual 1:1 coaching, grounded embodiment practices, and structured reflection to support both personal healing and healthier family dynamics.
Over ten weeks, families explore connected communication, boundaries, nourishment and nervous-system health, grief and repair, identity and meaning, and long-term integration—using live virtual sessions, guided meditations, movement, and practical stretch goals that translate insight into action.
This is not therapy or crisis treatment, but a supportive, accountable container for families committed to healing, clarity, and sustainable connection.
How it Works
-
We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to share.
-
Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything we build.
-
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
Meet Chris
Chris Ray (Coaching) exists to help men reconnect with who they truly are beneath the roles, expectations, and stories they’ve carried for years. Rooted in lived experience, CRC offers grounded mentorship for men navigating transition, burnout, disconnection, or quiet dissatisfaction—even when life looks “successful” on the outside. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken or chasing a better version of yourself. It’s about slowing down, listening inward, and learning how to show up with emotional presence, integrity, and compassion in everyday life. Through peer-based coaching, embodied practices, and immersive experiences, CRC creates space for honest reflection, meaningful connection, and real transformation.
What makes Chris Ray Coaching different is its focus on integration—turning insight into lived change that carries into relationships, family, work, and community. CRC blends depth with practicality, offering tools that are meant to be felt, practiced, and lived, not just discussed. The tone is calm, human, and quietly powerful—grounded without being rigid, playful without losing depth. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group work, or retreats, CRC walks beside men as a mentor, not a guru, honoring that healing happens in relationship and growth ripples outward. When men learn to live with presence and authenticity, families grow stronger, communities become healthier, and life begins to feel whole again.
F.A.Q.
Can you fix me or can you fix my loved one?
No. Chris Ray Coaching does not “fix” people — because you are not broken. We are here to guide you through your own process of discovery, growth, and change.
The only person you can truly help is you: your perceptions, your reactions, your way of moving through the world, and the choices you make in response to your challenges. Our coaching focuses on awareness, learning, application, and next steps — not curing or rescuing.
Is coaching in-person or online?
Both. We typically begin with a free 45-minute introductory session online to see if we are a good match and if this work aligns with your goals. Sometimes it’s a perfect fit, and sometimes it isn’t — that clarity is valuable.
If you are in Colorado during the summer or Costa Rica in the winter, we can meet in person. If not, coaching happens online and can conclude with a 1–2 week in-person visit whenever possible.
Lodging and accommodations for you or your family can be arranged if needed.
What does success look like?
Success is different for everyone. There is no single blueprint. We identify what success means to you, set clear goals, and revisit and adjust those goals as your process unfolds.
For some, success means shifting a habit, reducing a substance, or creating new routines. For others, it may look like healing family dynamics, improving communication, rebuilding trust, or learning to regulate emotions.
We define, refine, and measure success together — focusing on growth, not perfection.
